Willow Bend Pharmacy has been independently owned, and operated since 2004. We are focused on providing high-quality service, we want to make your experience memorable and pleasant.
Willow Bend Pharmacy is not your typical drug store. We are located in the lobby of a thriving family medical practice. We focus entirely on dispensing medication and coordinating care with the physician. We have some of the best pricing of pharmacy products in the area. We work in tandem with the doctor at the clinic to optimize care, and cost, when it comes to your prescriptions.
We offer simple compounding and great service. To expand our reach we offer incredible pricing on our products. For those that do not live close to our location we can deliver via mail order most of our medications. Have your physician send the prescription to us or mail it in and we will pass on the same low cost pricing to you that we extend to our clinic clients.
My name is Martin Dennis, I am the chief pharmacist, and owner of Willow Bend Pharmacy. Our company is based on the belief that people need medication, and we should help bridge the gap between Doctors, insurance companies and any other barrier in order to help customers meet those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers, and referrals. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
Doug Hickman is the larger than life super man that powers the pharmacy. He is the best pharmacy technician in North Texas. He can literally do the job of two pharmacy technicians. He has been with the company since 2005 and is an integral part of its success.
Natalie is a 2016 graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. She comes to the company with a background in retail and compounding. As a new graduate she has to endure countless questions from her boss like " Hey new kid , what is the latest word on the cytochrome p450 system" and, " Do they still teach roman numeral equations". Natalie takes the kidding and humor in stride, she is a great asset to the pharmacy and is a well spring of new information. She is a loving mother of three and a former member of the Oklahoma City Thunder dance team.
Ally is the newest member of our pharmacy team. She is a technician in training, and has all the attributes I look for in someone who will make a great pharmacy tech. She comes to the store with a back ground in mortuary services, so she is used to dealing with people during the most stressful time in their lives. Handling somebody with a head cold and an insurance problem is going to be a snap. She recently moved to Texas from Oregon and is about to experience her first Texas summer.
